Refunds are approved after verification and are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Items returned must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customized, personalized, or clearance items are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

We do not accept returns for minor variations in color or texture, as many products are handcrafted. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
